The initial design for The Grid’s motorised blinds installation involved hardwired motors. However, electricians identified during the preparation phase that the required wiring pathways were not accessible. This created a challenge that required a flexible approach.

To ensure the project could still be completed efficiently without compromising on performance or aesthetics, we adapted the design and installed Somfy Sonesse 30mm Wire Free motors. This solution provided the convenience and utility of automated blinds while removing the need for additional electrical works.
