I'm very sorry to say what I paid for was very well made but was to short for the window. When John came to see the curtains that he measured the fix for the problem was to lower the rod at the top. Not what was paid for.
I have had the pleasure to use Fabric Creations for several projects and have nothing but praise for the whole team. A couple of times I needed blinds made and installed in a hurry and they obliged. They are responsive, fairly priced and offer great advice. All the projects they have completed for me have been of excellent quality and have transformed the spaces.

We have used Fabric Creation for a few years now. Recent installation did not meet our expectation and a call to Jayne with our feedback prompted a rework quickly. My window coverings, roller blinds and sheer curtains, look great. John gave me all the possible options, but made suggestions for fabric and colour, that made it easy to come to a decision. All made and installed in our short tight time frame, which was amazing. Great service and communication, really happy with everything.

Prompt response to my enquiry for a quote. In one meeting they were able to provide detail on all my queries. The shutters were delivered within 8 weeks as quoted. The installation for 3 of the shutters was not easy due to second floor access but not a problem to the team doing the job.
